After travelling and working in the States, New Zealand, the Caribbean and Mediterranean, Claire moved ashore with her young family, and settled in East Devon, where she continued cooking for private and corporate clients.
We both started our cooking careers in the Superyacht industry in the Caribbean, learning to create exceptional food for discerning clients, often from limited resources in challenging conditions.

Vanessa spent 12 years freelancing, cooking in the Scottish Highlands, Norway, France, East Africa and London, before settling in Herefordshire, where she created a business cooking locally for shoots, dinner parties and private functions.
Since working together we have catered for a wide variety of occasions in a number of unique venues including corporate entertaining, in the middle of a field, a wedding in an old fort, a seminar in a museum and an opera weekend in a stately home.
