We have used Ocean Blue for a number of years to cater for several events. One major event is an annual canapé evening for over 100 people. Claire and Vanessa are always happy to discuss the event and offer advice on what would be suitable. The quality of their food is consistently outstanding and the staff are knowledgeable and attentive. The service that Ocean Blue offer is faultless and I would highly recommend them.

Relax after the ceremony with afternoon tea served with scones, jam and Devon clotted cream

Begin your reception with champagne and canapés

  • Mini caesar salad filo tarts with quails eggs
  • Asparagus hollandaise in little brioche baskets topped with crispy pancetta
  • Cumin spiced salmon fishcakes with mango, lime and mint salsa

Sit down to a main course of

  • Italian beef served with parmesan dauphinois potatoes and a warm salad of green beans, slow roasted tomatoes and feta
  • Roasted vegetable terrine with fresh basil dressing for your vegetarian guests

Finish with a sharing platter of mini puddings

  • White chocolate sauterne cake
  • Chocolate macaroons with salted caramel filling
  • Raspberry mousse on little sable biscuits
